CT’s New Year’s Eve Cocktail Guide

Champagnirinha

Ingredients:

1 - slice Lemon
1 - slice Orange
1 - dash Sugar Syrup
2 oz. Leblon Cachaca

How It’s Made:

Cut one-quarter inch slices each of orange, lemon, and lime. Muddle the slice and simple syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Cachaca. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass. Top with champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf.

The Celebration

Ingredients:

1 oz -   Champagne
2 -        Lemon Wedges
3 -        Strawberries
1 oz -    Sugar Syrup
2 oz -   Leblon Cachaca

How It’s Made:

Muddle the fruits with simple syrup. Add Cachaca. Shake all the ingredients sharply with crushed ice, then strain into a flute. Add champagne and finish with chambord.

The Osama Gin Laden

Ingredients:

3 - oz  Saphire Gin
3 - oz Triple sec
1 - can Red Bull

How It’s Made:

Mix all three ingredients and pour over ice.

Electric Lemonade

Ingredients:

6 oz  Lemonade
1 oz  Orange juice
1 oz  Pineapple Juice
2 oz  Triple sec
2 oz  OVAL Vodka and/or Blue Caracas

How It’s Made:

Mix in large glass, liquor first, with the lemonade in last. Add ice cubes at your own discretion. Stir. Kick back and enjoy, very smooth.
