By now you’ve probably held auditions for you summer fling and narrowed it down to a few potentials. What better way to weed out the willing and worthwhile from the wretched and woe begone than a fancy night out on the town.

If you’ve heard that the quickest way to a woman’s heart is through her stomach, you should know that this rule applies to college too. (You should also consider opening the door for her).

What do you get when you combing European, South American, Mediterranean and Asian-inspired food with one-of-a-kind cocktails and an enchanting atmosphere? You get Sabore, a chic, unique world-fusion restaurant that’s name comes from the word “flavor”

Although it appears to belong in the urban hip downtown area of a metropolitan paradise, Sabore is located right here in Gainesville. Nestled in the charming Tioga Town Center just five minutes from Santa Fe College and 10 minutes from the University of Florida campus, Sabore is not too far for any student to travel for a perfect date. Try to spend the drive over having a nice conversation with your date and don’t talk about your action figure collection or that time you got your braces stuck in your sweater.

Once you walk in Sabore, you will be wowed b y a dazzling ambience like no other, making your trip no just a meal, but an experience. The soft lighting and relaxing music will literally set the mood for you; all you have to do is not mess it up. Sabore has already covered everything to make sure you don’t end up sleeping alone.

Executive Chef William “Willy” Hernandez and his Gainesville-based partners have created a menu that truly has something for everyone. The spectacular choices will have you dat asking for dessert to go!
